MY STORY 

 

I have had anxiety since before I can remember.  My parents described me as an “imaginative” and “nervous” child.  I learned early in life that a vivid imagination could be a blessing and a curse.  It would make me a great storyteller but my imagination could also dream up nightmares too.  I could envision bad things happen to the people I love and I would be upset about it for weeks. As I became as adult, I had less of an imagination for good things.  Nightmares scenarios would constantly plague me.

After years of being tormented by my own mind I decided no more.  I can NOT go on like this. I CAN change. I HAVE to.  Now I’m not going to lie and say I woke up the next morning changed.  I took small little steps in learning about my anxiety and how to handle it.

I’ve combined everything I’ve learned in YEARS of researching anxiety in this program.  After healing my anxiety I am 100% sure I can help you heal yours too.
